- Actively develop and prepare the portfolio plan.
- Prepare analysis of key internal & external information sources [brand, category, Financials, Customer, Shopper, Consumer, Market Data etc] to identify key issues & opportunities in all channels across branded & private label products.
- Provide input into customer plans, range review presentations, pack & price strategy, consumer/customer promotion development & activation.
- Lead & execute ATL advertising campaigns with external agencies.
- Support the Retail and Commercial sales teams in leading the development of BTL creative
- Support Digital Content Manager with planning social media activity.
- Track the marketing budget & highlight over & under budget to assist in forecast management
- Manage relationships with brand ambassadors when and where required.
- Manage relationships with agency partners when and where required.
- Lead the development of NPD (both short & longer term) via the Bulla Stage & gate process, including the participation in key stage & gate meetings and collaborating with cross functional teams to successfully commercialise projects.
- Evaluate key competitor brand strategies, anticipate actions, and develop plans to ensure sustainable competitiveness.
- Ensure completion of monthly departmental reporting for Bulla portfolio where required
- Coordination of Bulla SKU new line information & samples
- GS1 barcode verification submissions management for the portfolio
- Provide timely information to the Digital & Social team for the upkeep of the Bulla website
- Assist in the development of the branded NPD within <12 months
- Monitor the effectiveness of consumer, brand & PR communication programs to ensure that they meet revenue, market share, ROI & GMC/NMC targets.
- Ensure Bulla's brand and sub brands health & brand equity remains positive (Brand Tracking)
- Robust analytics around the brand characteristics [awareness, trial, repeat, advocacy] against the ROI of the spend [trade & A&P]"
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business
- Minimum 5 years marketing experience
- Experience within FMCG – Food & Beverage
- Experience in Developing Consumer Insights
- Strong Experience in Packaging and New Product Development
- Demonstrated stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- Skilled in the use of Marketing information sources (Nielsen / Aztec / Mintel etc)
- Skilled in the use of computer systems (Microsoft office, Outlook etc)
