- Analyze and interpret data to uncover valuable insights and trends.
- Develop and maintain reports using PowerBI and Excel to visualize key performance metrics and trends.
- Collaborate closely with Account Managers and Stakeholders to understand business objectives and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Communicate findings and insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within marketing campaigns.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in an academic or research environment.
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel and Power BI (or equivalent) for data manipulation and visualization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Familiarity with SQL, Python, or other programming languages is a plus.
