
Development Manager

- Identify, evaluate, and acquire potential development sites (greenfield and infill)
- Lead due diligence, including feasibility studies, market research, planning assessments, and financial modelling
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with real estate agents, landowners, councils, and consultants
- Prepare acquisition proposals and investment documentation for internal review
- Collaborate with town planners, architects, and consultants on initial scheme design and development strategies
- Monitor market trends and regulatory changes impacting development opportunities
- Support early-stage project planning and initial approvals
- 15+ years’ experience in property development, land acquisitions, or real estate advisory
- Strong knowledge of the Queensland property market and local planning schemes
- Proven success in sourcing, evaluating, and negotiating development opportunities
- Excellent financial modelling and feasibility assessment skills
- Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication abilities
- Relevant tertiary qualifications (e.g., Property Economics, Urban Planning, Business, or related fields)
