We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Videographer & Photographer to join our team. Success Tutoring is the world's newest and fastest growing education brand. We are looking for our first ever videographer and photographer to join our team. You will travel around Australia and some parts of the world to take photos/ videos of Success Tutoring locations. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for visual storytelling, who thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can produce engaging, high-quality photo and video content. You will play a key role in capturing and showcasing our brand, events, people, and products across multiple platforms.Key Responsibilities

Videography

Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, events, and promotional material.
Manage the entire video production process, from concept development to final delivery.
Operate cameras, lighting, audio equipment, and drones (if applicable).
Stay up-to-date with video trends, editing styles, and digital platforms to produce fresh and engaging content.
Photography

Capture high-quality images for marketing, branding, social media, events, and product promotion.
Edit and retouch photos to align with brand standards.
Maintain an organized photo library and ensure timely delivery of images.
Creative Direction & Collaboration

Work closely with the marketing team to develop visual strategies that align with business objectives.
Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, branding, and storytelling initiatives.
Ensure all visual content reflects the company’s brand identity and values.
Technical & Administrative

Maintain photography and videography equipment, ensuring it is in excellent working condition.
Organize shoots, including scheduling, set-up, and location scouting.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Requirements

Proven experience as a videographer, photographer, or similar role.
Strong portfolio showcasing video and photography work.
Proficiency with industry-standard software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop).
Ability to operate professional cameras, drones, lighting, and audio equipment.
Strong understanding of visual storytelling, framing, and editing techniques.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and manage projects end-to-end.
Flexibility to travel and work outside standard office hours when required.
