Send your responses toServices Australia is seeking to identify suitable Candidates to perform the role of Program,Project and Scrum Masters from junior levels to expert and manager levels to help theagency monitor project schedules and budgets, prepare progress reports, and liaise with keystakeholders.Program Officers provide high-level procedural, administrative and operational support to awork area aiding the delivery of the agencys programs. They contribute to strategic planningand policy development and to changes in workplace practices and business improvementstrategies. Program Officers also liaise with internal and external stakeholders and provideadvice to ensure the consistent delivery of program services.Project Officers support the delivery of the agencys projects. They play a role in managingstraightforward projects, developing, and maintaining relationships with internal and externalstakeholders and provide specialist advice to ensure the consistent delivery of projectoutputs.Scrum Masters enable teams to self-organise, self-manage, and deliver, using agile values,principles, and practices. They guide teams towards structuring and managing their ownwork to meet their stated objectives. Scrum Masters help to balance the work of the team inthe context of competing priorities, including contributing to planning, changes in workplacepractices and business improvement strategies. They support Product Owners to ensurethere is an appropriate backlog of prioritised work items based on the overall strategy andoverarching business objectives.The level of Security Clearance required for a Role will be confirmed at the time of Contract.Main Dutiesoversee the implementation of programs administered by the agencyand report on program performance to ensure ongoing programeffectivenessmanage the implementation of operational, policy, procedural andcustomer service initiatives as they relate to service delivery programsand related change initiativesnegotiate, engage and manage relationships with internal and externalstakeholders to deliver program services, build service deliverycapability and promote the agencys servicesattend and represent the work area at agency/ interagency meetingsand forums to obtain and share informationcontribute to strategic planning for programs with a particularemphasis on addressing the service delivery needs of differentcommunity groupsprovide high-level program advice, procedural guidance andinterpretation to staff including strategic advice to the Executive whereappropriatedevelop and implement work area plans to meet demands andrespond to change, providing strategic directions for work area andallocating resourcesprepare a range of written material including business cases, reports,executive briefs and corporate documentationcontribute to the management of program budgets, staffing resourcesand associated corporate reportingsupport innovation and manage and lead changeMain skills/attributes Skills for the Information Age (SFIA) required:Organisational change management CIPM - Level 5Performance management PEMT - Level 5Portfolio, programme and project support PROF - Level 5Quality management QUMG - Level 5Requirements definition and management REQM - Level 4Ability to:understand the audience and context and effectively tailorcommunication and communication stylesbuild relationships and engage with diverse groups of peoplenegotiate and influence in an effective wayunderstand change and communicate it to staff in a meaningful waycollaborate with other staff in their immediate area and in other areasof the agencyrepresent the agency in interagency meetings and forumsresearch, analyse and make sound decisions using appropriatejudgementplan strategically and prioritise workload for self and teams toaccomplish business outcomesEvery application requires to address selection criteria as part of application submission.(summary)Please complete the below forms.
