- Convert leads into business through proactive sales and relationship building.
- Manage end-to-end event coordination.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions
- Prepare detailed proposals that cover venue, catering, and accommodation.
- Host client site inspections of hotel and conference facilities.
- Collaborate closely with hotel operations team to deliver top-tier client service and successful events.
- Previous experience in events or sales within the hospitality sector.
- Skilled communicator with excellent negotiation and networking abilities.
- Proven track record to be proactive, detail-oriented, solutions-focused and adaptable.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneously.
- Previous knowledge with hotel property management systems such as Opera Cloud and Delphi.
