What will you be doing?

Manage a portfolio of property and motor insurance claims from initial report to final settlement
Liaise with clients, insurers, adjusters, and other relevant parties to facilitate the claims process and provide regular updates on claim status
Negotiate settlements with insurers on behalf of clients
Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on claims-related matters, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy
Stay updated on industry developments, emerging trends, and regulatory change

What do you need?

Property claims experience in an insurance brokerage
High level of customer service and communication
Eagerness to progress within the insurance industry
Understanding of the claims process
