- Leading and managing valuation engagements across independent expert's reports and portfolio valuations. This will include valuations across all industries and for a variety of purposes.
- Act as a trusted advisor to our clients, recognising that your commitment to excellence will strengthen client relationships and enhance our reputation as a market leader in valuations in Australia.
- Drive business development initiatives, leveraging your network to expand Kroll's client base and market presence in Australia.
- Collaborate with global teams to deliver cross-border services and share knowledge.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics, or a relevant field. Ideally also holds postgraduate qualifications in a relevant field or is a CFA/CA/CPA.
- At least 8 years of financial advisory experience, preferably in valuations or a closely related field.
- Proven track record of managing client relationships and leading complex engagements.
- Strong technical knowledge of valuation methodologies, financial accounting and financial modelling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Australian market experience and an established local professional network are highly desirable.
