- Manage order and fulfilment cases in our Fluent platform (training provided).
- Resolve escalations across Customer Care, online, and retail store teams.
- Process online refunds and replacements in line with policy.
- Monitor order queues, spot potential issues, and keep things running efficiently.
- Contribute to reporting and help improve our systems and processes.
- 2+ years' experience in fulfilment, online retail, or customer service.
- Strong problem-solving skills - you enjoy getting to the root of the issue.
- Excellent communication and organisation skills.
- Comfortable using systems and learning new tools (Salesforce experience a plus, not essential).
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced retail and logistics environment.
