You’ll be responsible for generating upsell leads for premium solutions such as Lexis+ and Lexis+ AI, assessing customer needs, and scheduling appointments to drive customer engagement and account growth.Reporting into Head of Sales, this is a permanent full-time role based in either Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane with combined home/office-based arrangements to have flexible work-life balance.Responsibilities
- Identify upsell opportunities and proactively promote LexisNexis products to existing customers.
- Assess customer usage and engagement to support account retention efforts.
- Initiate contact with customers through phone, email, and virtual meetings.
- Maintain accurate customer data and activity records in CRM systems.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales/KPI targets, contributing to team revenue goals.
- Provide valuable feedback to enhance customer insights and product development.
- A bachelor’s degree in sales/marketing is preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in customer service or sales with a proven track record of meeting quotas.
- CRM experience and ability to manage customer data effectively.
- Team-oriented, proactive, and motivated to drive results.
