From managing inspections to building strong relationships with owners and tenants – you’ll be the glue that holds it all together (with support, of course).
You’ll be backed by a hands-on Principal and a highly experienced Senior Property Manager – no lone-wolf stuff here.What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing a tidy portfolio of properties with care and efficiency
- Conducting entry/exit reports, inspections and maintenance coordination
- Liaising with tenants and landlords with professionalism and empathy
- Bringing your A-game to service delivery – every day
- Attractive salary based on experience – includes a company car and phone
- Ongoing internal and external training and development
- Full-time, autonomy-based role – no micromanaging
- A genuinely great team culture (no egos, just good people doing great work)
- Experience in property management
- Current Certificate of Registration (real estate)
- A natural communicator with strong attention to detail
- Someone who’s mature-minded, enthusiastic, and genuinely interested in people
- Committed to continual learning and improvement
- A valid Driver’s Licence
