We are looking for a motivated and reliable Pick Packer to join our busy medical logistics team. In this role, you will prepare, pack, and send surgical loan kits to hospitals, helping operating theatres get the tools they need for surgeries.No experience in healthcare? No problem! Full training will be provided - we are looking for someone who is dependable, eager to learn, and can work well in a team.Working Hours: Monday - Friday (9am - 5pm)What you will do:Pick, pack, and dispatch medical loan kits for surgeriesCheck and restock kits when they are returnedWork with delivery drivers to arrange pickups and drop-offsKeep accurate inventory records and assist with stock countsComplete required paperwork and invoices on timeBuild good working relationships with hospital staffSuggest ideas to improve warehouse processesWhat we need from you:Able to stand on your feet for up to 8 hours a dayAble to do manual lifting as part of the roleReliable, punctual, and responsibleGood attention to detailPositive attitude and willingness to work in a teamGood communication and organisation skillsInterest in healthcare or warehouse work (experience with inventory systems is a bonus but not required)Commitment to work with us for at least 6 months, with the chance to stay longerRequirements:Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency (unlimited work rights)Valid COVID-19 Vaccination CertificateTwo recent professional referencesIf you want to be part of a team making a difference in healthcare and you are ready to get started, apply today!Bhaumik Trivedi
