This is a long term casual role based at our Corindi farm, with potential career progression and ongoing opportunities for the right candidate.About the RoleYou will be responsible for the day-to-day scouting of pests and diseases across our blueberry and raspberry crops, helping to maintain plant health and crop performance. This role requires someone who can work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.Key Responsibilities:

Monitoring and reporting on insects and disease in blueberry blocks

Weekly inspection and maintenance of insect traps

Accurate record-keeping and file updates

Assisting with data collection from field trials as required

About YouTo be successful in this role, you will bring:

Strong self-motivation with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Availability for a minimum of 12 months

High attention to detail and diligence in reporting

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Strong time management and ability to follow instructions

Basic computer literacy (Excel required)

Previous horticulture experience (advantageous but not essential)

A valid driver's licence and your own transport
