The role will consist of:
Analysing plant and production unit performance using process engineering and metallurgical principles, in house database tools and statistical analysis
To identify, initiate and implement process improvements. Lead and co-ordinate the required changes including engagement with internal and external stakeholders
Providing technical support to the processing operations and logistics team
Conducting analysis to support production forecasting and budgeting
Developing business cases for improvements that require capital expenditure

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Process or Metallurgical Engineering
Circa 3-5 years in a Mining or Processing environment.
Strong safety focus
Minerals processing, DMS, reflux classifier and bulk materials logistics chain experience will be considered favourably
