With a strong focus on delivering impact through technology, this team supports a wide range of industries from Education to Financial Services and the Public Sector through both Salesforce Implementation and Application Managed Services (AMS).Role:As a Salesforce Delivery Lead, you'll manage the end-to-end delivery of complex Salesforce projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations. You'll oversee multidisciplinary teams, manage stakeholders at all levels, and act as a trusted advisor to drive both technical excellence and tangible business outcomes.You will:

Lead the delivery of large-scale Salesforce implementations across multiple industries
Define project goals, scope, and success metrics in partnership with client stakeholders
Manage timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and change control processes
Oversee project teams to ensure quality deliverables and customer satisfaction
Track and report progress to stakeholders, ensuring on-time delivery to specification
Partner with Architects, SMEs, and Change Managers to refine scope and timelines
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
Manage client invoicing and oversee payment processes

You will have:

5+ years' experience delivering multiple complex Salesforce projects
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and delivery methodologies
Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Platform App Builder
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for delivering business value
Australian Citizenship required
Baseline Clearance is highly advantageous
