About You

Experience leading a team in fast food, QSR, or casual dining (Shift Manager/Assistant Manager level)
A natural leader who loves coaching and developing others
Confident in running shifts, managing KPIs, and driving sales
Guest-focused - you love creating a great atmosphere and know how to handle tricky situations with ease
A true team player who thrives in a fast-paced, upbeat environment
