Senior Lawyer: Corporate

• Working with 4 leading Partners in Corporate Law, who often deal with the country's most complex and high-value transactions within the billions.
• Advise high-profile clients on a range of corporate matters, such as corporate governance, equity capital markets, joint ventures and public & private M&A.

• Lawyer (at least 4 PQE) with proven experience in corporate law and significant exposure to public M&A.
• A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university, underpinned by strong academic records.
• Top-tier technical, analytical and drafting skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a team player.
• Have a commercial & practical mindset, with a commitment to delivering the most ideal outcomes for clients.
