You will work at the intersection of AI, data, software engineering, and financial services, building cutting-edge solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer experiences.You will be reporting to a newly formed team within Lendi Group that is focused on AI driven initiatives, working side-by-side with a high performing, knowledgeable and fun team. Help build an aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly interface, specifically designed to empower borrowers.
Engage in a partnership with our Product/UX team
Take charge of major segments of our system, demonstrating your expertise in both design and delivery. Your role will be pivotal in providing stable, high-quality solutions that stand the test of time.
As an integral member of our greenfield AI focussed engineering team, your role involves building robust and scalable software. Your work will lay the foundation for a resilient and evolving technological framework.
Your commitment to writing clean, maintainable code is crucial. We prioritise practices that support continuous integration and deployment, adhering to the highest standards and guidelines in software development.
Play a leading role in driving the engineering team's rhythm and processes, from planning and resource allocation to design, coding, deployment, and ongoing support.
Embrace full ownership of the code you and your team develop. This includes being proactive in debugging, monitoring, and ensuring the utmost reliability in our production environment.

Qualifications

Proficiency in TypeScript.
Experience with Python or proven experience to pick up secondary languages.
Experience with MongoDB or equivalent
Extensive experience with AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS).
Strong understanding of front-end technologies (we use React.).
Solid knowledge of back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js).
Experience with distributed systems.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Vendor Assessment
Proven experience in working with third-party APIs and services.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong collaboration skills with a team-oriented attitude.
