Our purpose is to create tangible value for our clients, shoulder to shoulder, from strategy through to execution, enabled by technology and deep operational expertise to facilitate, growth, efficiency, resilience and sustainability.Your OpportunityAs a member of our Enterprise Advisory Oracle Practice, the Oracle HCM Functional Consultant will play a critical role by:
  • Play an active role on client engagements; To design, build, configure, test and deploy Oracle HCM applications.
  • Participate in design workshops to gather business requirements and tailor Oracle HCM configurations to customer-specific workflows.
  • Configure out-of-the-box functionality, and where necessary adapt to meet user requirements.
  • Collaborate with Functional Leads, Architects, Business SMEs, and other Designers to enhance the solution and design and implement localisations when necessary.
  • Take ownership of identifying issues, risks, and benefits of existing and proposed solutions, and evaluating their business impacts.
  • Analyse, refine and present insights and recommendations enabled by strategic thinking, technical knowledge, and strong and clear communication skills.

  • Experience implementing Oracle Cloud HCM modules, including Core HR, Recruiting, Compensation, Talent Management, Learning, Help Desk and Absence Management.
  • Understanding of current technology trends, innovations and their practical (or potential) application in Cloud HCM implementations.
  • Experience and understanding of key HR processes and methodologies.
  • You have a background in technology as well as human resources, and you are capable of translating business needs into technical solutions.
