- Play an active role on client engagements; To design, build, configure, test and deploy Oracle HCM applications.
- Participate in design workshops to gather business requirements and tailor Oracle HCM configurations to customer-specific workflows.
- Configure out-of-the-box functionality, and where necessary adapt to meet user requirements.
- Collaborate with Functional Leads, Architects, Business SMEs, and other Designers to enhance the solution and design and implement localisations when necessary.
- Take ownership of identifying issues, risks, and benefits of existing and proposed solutions, and evaluating their business impacts.
- Analyse, refine and present insights and recommendations enabled by strategic thinking, technical knowledge, and strong and clear communication skills.
- You are passionate about the importance of fantastic communication to share ideas, inspire, and create change.
- You love being part of a collaborative and multidisciplinary team and building strong relationships both internally and externally.
- You are analytically minded and enjoy applying structured thinking and analysis techniques to complex problems.
- Experience implementing Oracle Cloud HCM modules, including Core HR, Recruiting, Compensation, Talent Management, Learning, Help Desk and Absence Management.
- Understanding of current technology trends, innovations and their practical (or potential) application in Cloud HCM implementations.
- Experience and understanding of key HR processes and methodologies.
- You have a background in technology as well as human resources, and you are capable of translating business needs into technical solutions.
