The role is also responsible for assisting in all IT application projects implementations across ANZ and driving positive experiences for our ANZ client group, consistently creating and maintaining good working relationships with all users.About the teamThis role sits as part of our Global and Local Technology (GT) team servicing both Australia and New Zealand. The GT team works closely together with local and global business to innovate, support and encourage development of technology while also ensuring priorities, projects, results and overall work of the GT department are in line with global standards.In this unique and highly specialized role, you will be joining a passionate and like-minded group of IT professionals who thrive for the betterment of Technology and services provided to both local and global affiliates and team members.What you'll do:
  • Work independently to provide end users support on self-developed Oracle applications running on AIX machine.
  • Ongoing maintenance of Oracle applications.
  • Act as a system administrator for AIX machine and Oracle WebLogic server.
  • Prepare application documentation.
  • Build Tableau and Power BI reports.
  • Co-ordinate with the wider business for application projects implementations.
  • Be proactive in investigating any IT application issues / errors, proposing solutions, and carrying out actions.
  • Report IT application abnormalities to leadership.
  • Follow all company policies and requirements including but not limited to any relevant IT procedures and standards.
  • Perform any other duties as required by your Leader to maintain and deliver quality IT application support to business operation.
  • Keep up to date with the updated knowledge on the latest IT technology.
Who you are:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or similar.
  • Experience in support of Oracle database management, SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Tableau etc.
  • Experience on AIX machine, Oracle WebLogic server.
  • Experience working in an enterprise level IT environment.
  • Experience in a multinational company is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to prepare technical documentation.
  • Able to work to deadlines and independently.
  • Teamwork, strong communicator, and works well with users.
