BMS/Automation Technician

• Strong customer focus with a commitment to service excellence
• Experience in BMS service and/or commissioning
• Minimum of a Restricted Electrical Licence
• Solid understanding of electrical and/or mechanical HVAC systems
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency with computers and building automation software
• Current and valid driver’s licence
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

• Perform routine and corrective maintenance on BMS systems
• Maintain and troubleshoot energy metering systems
• Conduct building performance analytics and tuning
• Participate in an on-call roster for emergency breakdown support
• Diagnose and resolve technical faults across systems
• Deliver customer training and system handovers
• Provide timely and effective technical support to clients
