As Quality Systems Coordinator at our Huntingwood, NSW site, you'll take ownership of integrated quality and food safety systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory and third-party standards. You'll also drive continuous improvement to enhance product quality, operational effectiveness, and overall site performance.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain Quality & Food Safety Systems (FSSC, HACCP, GMP)Lead site audits, document control, and effective CAPA implementationConduct internal audits, gap analyses, and coach teams on complianceChampion continuous improvement initiatives to lift quality outcomesFacilitate workshops to strengthen quality culture across operationsSupport central Quality projects and standardised system improvementsAbout YouProven experience in Quality, Production or CI roles within FMCG manufacturingStrong knowledge of GFSI standards (FSSC, SQF, BRC), HACCP, GMP & SOPsContinuous improvement mindset with Lean, Six Sigma or TQM experienceCollaborative communicator with strong problem-solving skillsTertiary qualification in Food Science/Technology or related discipline valuedWhy Asahi Beverages?
