Working closely with senior chefs, this role offers scope for input into menu development. Key responsibilities include:
Preparing, cooking, and plating a wide variety of dishes to a consistently high standard.
Supervising the operations of your designated section.
Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organised kitchen environment.
Supporting and training commis chefs and kitchen assistants.
Collaborating with senior chefs on menu development and innovation.
Skills and Experience
2-3 years' experience as a Chef de Partie (or similar) in a high-quality restaurant.
Strong technical cooking skills with excellent attention to detail.
Effective time management and organisational abilities to perform in a busy environment.
Passion for fresh, seasonal produce and creating exceptional dining experiences.
Food safety and hygiene certification.
