Reporting to the Finance Manager, this role offers excellent exposure to various aspects of financial operations. Key responsibilities include:

Process comprehensive accounts payable and receivable workflows with strategic payment timing across multiple channels including international transfers
Execute precision daily bank reconciliations while maintaining financial data integrity within proprietary systems and liaising with external accounting professionals
Navigate complex client and supplier account inquiries with exceptional professionalism across multi-channel communications
Manage monthly commission reports and process recurring customer billing cycles with necessary adjustments and improvements
Handle international client invoicing and maintain strong customer payment relationships through regular follow-up and support
Work closely with accounting team to complete month-end processes and distribute client statements

To be considered for this role you will have at least 3-4 years of dynamic experience in high-velocity accounts receivable environments, with exposure to global stakeholder management and cross-border financial operations.
