- Ensure timely and accurate submission of employee timesheets on a regular basis.
- Send out reminders to employees for timesheet submission and resolve any issues related to timesheet discrepancies.
- Review timesheets for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with department heads to verify and approve submitted timesheets.
- Collect, review, and input employee time and attendance data
- Maintain and update employee records
- Proactively follows and enhances procedures, setting a professional example and continuously updating knowledge.
- Demonstrates sensitivity, commitment, and assistance to both internal and external stakeholders, fostering productive relationships.
- Collaborates effectively within and outside the team, promoting integrity and fluid communication to achieve shared goals.

- 3+ years professional experience with a finance team.
- Practical experience utilising financial systems
- Higher/secondary education or equivalent with accounting background
- Capacity to balance priorities and manage expectations.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively, to exercise initiative, to set priorities and to work within required timelines.
- Demonstrated integrity, resilience, and commitment to pursue organisational goals in a changing environment.
- Strong communicator. Ability to build and sustain relationships with a network of key people internally and externally.
- Highly developed computer literacy skills, including the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and email.
