Located in Geebung, this window and door manufacturer is seeking a motivated individual to join the service department. Reporting to the Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing customer service tasks, including preparing service bookings, processing and scheduling orders, and invoicing. Your role will involve interacting with customers and ensuring positive outcomes through exceptional service, patience, and attention to detail.Tasks & Responsibilities
Coordinate service bookings, work schedules, and general repairs
Provide efficient after-sales support and liaise with customers
Handle customer inquiries professionally over the phone
Process purchase orders, invoices, and manage return orders
Collaborate daily with service, manufacturing, and sales departments
Qualifications and Experience
Experience in manufacturing, building, construction, or retail industries
Proficient in administrative tasks with strong attention to detail
Professional phone manner with a passion for customer service
Proven experience in a busy office environment
