- Partnering with leadership to drive effective people strategies aligned with business goals
- Providing support and advice on all people matters including performance, behaviour, and development
- Leading and improving HR processes and policies across the employee lifecycle
- Managing employee relations and ensuring fair, consistent practices across the business
- Overseeing compliance, award interpretation, and workplace legislation requirements
- Supporting managers through performance reviews and guiding them through tough conversations when needed
- Working with other departments to support a positive and safe working environment
- Proven experience in a HR Manager or Senior HR Advisor role
- Confident in interpreting awards, advising on employment matters, and leading ER cases
- Comfortable managing policy, systems, and driving process improvements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and guide
- Professional, level-headed, and solutions-focused
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related field
- Leadership are supportive, down-to-earth, and open to change
- The team is collaborative and welcoming
- This role has scope to evolve and grow with the business
- Onsite parking available
