List, market, and sell residential and/or rural properties
Build and maintain trusted client relationships based on local knowledge and service excellence
Achieve targets for listings, sales, appraisals, and vendor-paid advertising
Support Branch business development initiatives and community engagement
Identify new opportunities and contribute to promotional events (e.g. field days, community functions)
Ensure compliance with all real estate regulations, standards, and reporting obligations
Collaborate with other Elders teams to provide integrated client solutions
About you
Have proven real estate experience, ideally with local market knowledge or strong networking capability
Hold a current Real Estate Licence (essential) and Driver’s Licence
Be confident appraising property and identifying its key selling features and potential
Demonstrate strong real estate marketing and negotiation skills
Be familiar with current Real Estate legislation and compliance requirements
Be an excellent communicator with strong organisational and time management skills
Bring energy, professionalism, and a client-first mindset
Be tech-savvy and eager to embrace innovation in the property space
