In this varied role, you’ll support the day-to-day operations of the service, assist staff, and ensure smooth coordination across teams – all while contributing to an excellent patient experience.Key responsibilitiesProvide reception, clerical, and administrative support to staff, doctors, and patients within Cabrini at HomeProcess patient registration, admissions, financial consents, and related documentation with accuracy and careEnter and maintain information in hospital systems (WebPAS and others)Assist with billing processes in collaboration with Patient Accounts and Health Fund teamsCoordinate equipment allocation, reconciliation, and maintenanceEnsure timely communication across clinical teams and servicesContribute to quality improvement activities and maintain strict confidentiality at all timesAbout youWe are seeking someone who is organised, approachable, and committed to patient care.
