Our client, are a reputable NFP organisation who are experiencing exciting growth and development. They have a rare job opportunity available for a talented Accountant to join their Finance division on a permanent basis.The RoleWorking in the Brisbane head office based in North Brisbane, this role will support the Financial Controller. This is an amazing opportunity for a hands Accountant looking for a role encompassing a broad range of responsibilities including:
  • Prepare and manage month-end reconciliation of general ledgers, balance sheets, profit and loss accounts, journals and accounts relating to the designated service stream
  • Analyse, interpret and make recommendations to improve financial performance and support the application of key performance indicators.
  • Analysis for stakeholders in order for leaders to make strategic decisions
  • Preparation and analysis of budgets and performance against budgets
  • Assist with completing and managing month and year end reporting process
About youThe successful candidate will be degree qualified with experience working in a fast paced, high growth environment.
You will have experience working across a variety of difference areas within the finance team and comfortable stepping in and helping out where required.
