
Regional Sales Specialist for Image Guided Therapy – Mobile Surgery – Nordics & Baltics Region (NRB)

- Responsible for developing and executing sales plans for mobile surgery segment in Nordic Region and Baltic countries (NRB), while maximising the benefit of close collaboration with a cross-functional team.
- Engage with mobile C-arm opportunities and help formulate the overall project strategy in collaboration with Account Managers, by providing clinical and technical product support.
- Demonstrate products and conduct marketing / education events.
- Work closely with complementary third-party companies (e.g. device, guidance software, etc.) and be aware of competitive strategies and changes in the industry, by providing effective feedback to the sales and marketing organizations that include suggestions for expanding product offerings.
- Drive customer satisfaction by developing and executing an educational program for the end users, to maximize the knowledge of the customers and convert customers to advocates.
- Develop key opinion leaders (KOLs) and local reference sites to drive faster adoption of our new innovations.
- Familiarity of the surgical clinical environment wherein a mobile C-arm is used; familiarity with using mobile C-arms is a bonus but not mandatory.
- Professional experience in the healthcare sector, either in a clinical or commercial role is essential.
- Comfortable with owning a sales target and providing business transparency, by delivering accurate forecast monthly, via lead and opportunity management digital tools.
- Customer-driven by promptly communicating to customer concerns and inquiries made.
- Fluency in English, both spoken verbal and written is a must, as well as comfortable in at least one of the Nordics languages.
- Effectively execute through excellent communication skills by listening to all parties, understanding the problem/need, process information and leverage diverse opinions to execute.
