- An eye for excellence and attention to detail
- Ability to work around a 24-hour, 7-day week roster including weekends and public holidays
- Specialty in Western/Asian/ Indian and Japanese cuisine will be highly regarded
- Cert 3 in Commercial Cookery
- Experience working across various sections will be highly regarded
