Eastern Health MHWP operates in multiple locations, including (but not limited to); Box Hill Hospital, Maroondah Hospital, Peter James Centre, Ringwood Community Hub, Forest Hill & Carrington Road (Box Hill).About the roleAn opportunity exists for an appropriately experienced Administrative Assistant to work within the Mental Health and Wellbeing Program. Working across multiple sites, the position provides key support for clinical service delivery aimed at improving the mental health outcomes for people in our community. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for the provision of high quality, professional service to consumers, their families and carers, and to clinical staff including timely data entry; records management; reception and a broad range of administrative tasks, as required.About youTo be successful in this role you will possess:a high level of demonstrated administrative experience and computer skillsoutstanding interpersonal skills, with an ability to liaise with consumers, staff and external stakeholders from varying backgroundsan ability to work autonomously, or as an affective member of a team, across sites as requireda professional attitude, with the ability to manage competing demands, often in a high-pressure environmentthe ability to manage high volume data entry and/or processinga calm demeanour with a logical perspective and the ability to be adapt quickly to a changing environmentHealthcare workers are strongly recommended to follow COVID vaccination recommendations provided in the .
