Respond to/take ownership of customer/internal stakeholder enquiries within SLA and in an efficient and customer centric manner
Support customers with preparation of fulfilment documents/forms (account opening & amendment forms etc)
Be the first point of contact to resolve customer concerns and issues to create a positive experience
Build and maintain good collaborative working relationships with internal stakeholders (Account Managers, Service Managers, Product Partners etc)
Identify and call out continuous improvement opportunities aimed at improving customer & banker experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
Strong attention to details
Ability to use initiative, work autonomously and manage time & priorities
Ability to analyse and investigate problems and develop a solution
Experience within the financial industry; with a focus on transactional or institutional operation functions
Sound stakeholder management skills
