- Respond to/take ownership of customer/internal stakeholder enquiries within SLA and in an efficient and customer centric manner
- Support customers with preparation of fulfilment documents/forms (account opening & amendment forms etc)
- Be the first point of contact to resolve customer concerns and issues to create a positive experience
- Build and maintain good collaborative working relationships with internal stakeholders (Account Managers, Service Managers, Product Partners etc)
- Identify and call out continuous improvement opportunities aimed at improving customer & banker experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- Strong attention to details
- Ability to use initiative, work autonomously and manage time & priorities
- Ability to analyse and investigate problems and develop a solution
- Experience within the financial industry; with a focus on transactional or institutional operation functions
- Sound stakeholder management skills
