- Leadership and direction in the development and management of a multidisciplinary team, delivering specialist community intensive based treatment for adults with an eating disorder.
- Optimal clinical processes and individual client outcomes.
- Effective management of human and physical resources.
- Leadership, direction and change management to facilitate TEDS service development initiatives statewide and at a regional level, including the development and implementation of the model of care and relevant SMHS and service policies, procedures and guidelines.
- Enhanced consumer and carer participation at all levels of the service, including quality, safety and improvement activities and service development co-design initiatives.
- Facilitate the implementation of the current Mental Health Service Strategic Plan and develop and maintain effective collaborative working arrangements and relationships with key stakeholders.
- Salary range is in accordance with Allied Health Professionals Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement No. 2 of 2022.
- Please note that access to salaries beyond $130,900 is subject to qualifications and/or application to the personal upgrade scheme

- A minimum of 3 years current post graduate experience in mental health or relevant field
- Experience and/or interest in working with people experiencing eating disorders or other mental health conditions.
- Experience in clinical and professional supervision
- Eating Disorder Credentialled practitioner
- Current Driver's License.
- Participate in the TEDS Community Based Intensive Treatment and Residential Recovery Program which delivers services for adults (16 year and older) with an eating disorder and their family and carers.
