  • Infrastructure Project Delivery: Support the delivery of a major infrastructure development, with a focus on design coordination and compliance.
  • Approvals Oversight: Manage the end-to-end approvals process for multiple concurrent projects, ensuring all documentation is reviewed, tracked, and aligned with internal stakeholder requirements.
  • Process Navigation: Coordinate with project teams to ensure all submissions meet compliance standards, including design documentation, stakeholder inputs, and sequencing of approvals.
  • Stakeholder Interface: Act as a key liaison between internal teams and external consultants, ensuring clarity of requirements and timely resolution of issues.
  • Reporting & Risk Management: Maintain detailed records of approvals progress, identify risks or delays, and escalate issues where necessary to maintain programme integrity.
  • On-Site Collaboration: Based in the Brisbane project office, working closely with the wider project and approvals team to ensure seamless integration of tenancy works into the broader development.
Qualifications
  • Relevant Degree: Tertiary qualification in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Experience: Proven experience in end-to end project delivery, ideally with exposure to tenancy coordination or fit-out within complex environments.
  • Approvals Familiarity: Strong understanding of development and building approvals processes, including document preparation, compliance tracking, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Project Management Skills: Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and maintain oversight of key milestones.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Clear communicator with strong interpersonal skills, capable of working independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Desirable: Experience in regulated or secure environments (e.g. retail, aviation, health) is advantageous.
