We are committed to operating sustainably, in a way that recognises the interconnection between business growth, the needs of society and the limitations of our planet.What You'll DoThe Medical Science Liaison (MSL) is a field based scientific expert in their assigned therapeutic area that is responsible for the execution of the Medical Affairs Plan(s) for AZ priority, emerging and/or new products or indications.With a deep understanding of the health system (environment, priorities, clinical pathways, patient journeys) and its challenges, the MSL gathers insights and executes activities according to the medical plans to deliver strategic, scalable &
sustainable clinical practice transformations, enhancing care for patients and enabling the adoption of our innovative medicines.Key Responsibilities
- Lead scientific exchange for all relevant clinical data with key external stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with both external and internal stakeholders.
- Integrate scientific understanding with strategic business acumen.
- develop appropriate clinical and scientific information that clinically differentiates AstraZeneca's products
- Build strong professional partnerships with key external stakeholders.

- Masters/ Doctoral degree in a scientific discipline (e.g. M.D., Ph.D., Pharm.D.)

- Demonstrated expertise in drug information communication
