- Reconciling vendor statements and resolving discrepancies with internal and external stakeholders
- Managing employee expense claims, credit card facilities, and reimbursements in line with company policies
- Supporting month-end close activities and providing financial reconciliations
- Identifying and implementing process improvements and supporting financial system upgrades
- 2+ years in Accounts Payable or similar finance role
- Strong understanding of financial systems and accounting processes
- Intermediate MS Excel and Word skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Experience with ERP systems and banking platforms (desirable)
