Do work that mattersAs a Customer Service Operations Trainee in the Chief Operations Office Indigenous Academy, you’ll be part of a team that is dedicated to running, improving, and transforming the processes that deliver products, services, and productivity benefits to our customers.You will undertake a 12-month Traineeship, working full time with the opportunity to move to a permanent role at the successful completion of your Traineeship. You’ll be supported with on-the-job training complemented by accredited Certificate studies in Business.See yourself in our teamAs a Trainee in our Chief Operations Office Indigenous Academy, you’ll be completing processes that fulfil critical services to meet the needs of our customers simply and safely. Your responsibilities may include:
  • Establishing and discharging of loans.
  • Processing payments and grants.
  • Verifying details to progress product applications.
  • Communicating with customers and stakeholders.
  • Contributing to team meetings.
  • Develop accurate reporting and skills in project management.
We’re interested in hearing from people who
  • Have experience working in an energetic environment – previous banking or finance experience isn’t required.
  • Are capable with MS Office Suite including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Have a passion for learning and a growth mindset.
  • Are committed to working with a team to meet the needs of our customers while completing a Certificate Qualification.
