Whether you’re an experienced Educator, have some babysitting experience, or are exploring a career in childcare for the first time, THIS is the role for you!Our OSHC service Mother Teresa OSHClub is looking for a dedicated Educator to join our team in delivering fun and engaging programs for primary school children. This permanent part-time role guarantees a minimum of 15 hours per week, with opportunities for extra hours during the school holidays.About the RoleWorking alongside a supportive team, you’ll help create a welcoming and enriching environment for children aged 5-12 years old. Your role will include:

Facilitating exciting, child-led activities, including STEM, sports, cooking, arts & crafts – whatever you and the kids love!
Building strong relationships with children, families, and the school community
Collaborating with a team of skilled Educators to ensure a safe, fun, and engaging program

You'll work split shifts Monday – Friday across the services opening hours of:Morning: 7:00am – 9:00am (Rise then Shine Program)
Afternoon: 2:00pm – 6:00pm (Stay and Play Program)
School Holidays: 7:00am – 6:00pm (Holiday HQ Program)Who We’re Looking ForNo formal experience? No problem! We’ll provide all the training you need. We’re looking for someone who:✔️ Enjoys working with children and making a positive impact
