- minimum three years' of post-admission experience;
- experience working in the personal injury space, specifically Workers' Compensation;
- experience on the defendant side is ideal, however we will also consider candidates with a plaintiff background who are keen to move into a defendant practice;
- the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a supportive and collaborative team;
- clear, concise legal writing skills; and
- strong attention to detail.
