- Smash the phone calls - circa 50-80 per day
- Being involved in finding, attracting and qualifying candidates for positions in our corporate and government clients using our candidate database (Bullhorn) plus LinkedIn, SEEK and other social media tools
- Advertising job opportunities
- Phone screening candidates over the phone and/or Interviewing candidates face-to-face
- Performing in-depth Reference Checks
- Liaising with candidates and clients during the placement process
- Arranging Police and DCSI screening checks
- Validating the candidates working rights for Australia
- Support a very strong sales team

- Confident communicator - you're great on the phone and love talking to people.
- Very good time management skills and the ability to prioritise.
- Must love working with people and have a curious mindset!
- Awesome customer service skills - any prior recruitment experience will be beneficial.
