About the RoleStructure isn't just steel-it's strategy, safety, and supervision.As Structural Supervisor, you'll provide hands-on leadership and direction to trade teams and project personnel, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You'll play a key role in executing the weekly plan, managing structural steel and piping activities, and maintaining strong communication across all stakeholders.Key Responsibilities

Supervise structural steel dismantling, fabrication, installation, and commissioning.
Oversee piping fabrication and installation.
Induct and manage site employees and subcontractors.
Conduct toolbox talks and promote a strong safety culture.
Liaise with engineers, contractors, and project stakeholders.
Monitor progress, manage documentation, and ensure compliance with project plans.
Identify and respond to non-conformances and close calls.
Maintain accurate records and support continual improvement processes.

What You'll Bring

Trade or tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline.
Proven leadership experience in structural supervision on large-scale industrial projects.
Strong knowledge of construction and project controls.
Excellent time management, delegation, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and project scheduling tools.
Ability to foster teamwork and drive performance in dynamic environments.
