Suitable applicants will ideally have the capacity to deliver high quality educational experiences that meet the needs of a diverse range of students, by implementing the WA Curriculum and Assessment Outline, along with the Education Linked to Families (ELF) in kindergarten.We are seeking applicants who can become part of a professional learning community culture with a growth mindset and be open to accessing instructional coaching and mentoring to maximise student outcomes with ongoing analysis of student performance data and evidence-based differentiated best practice. They will ideally have an understanding of high impact educational strategies and the capacity to influence, facilitate and lead change to improve student outcomes and adopt whole school programs and approaches to achieve this.We highly value applicanta who possess strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills which will be used to develop and promote the school’s values, ethos and priorities across the school community. A thorough understanding of Cultural Responsiveness and English as an Additional Language / Dialect (EAL/D) processes would be an advantage.
