Reporting to a Senior Change Manager, this role is responsible for delivering change activities that engage stakeholders, build adoption, and support successful delivery. It’s a fantastic opportunity to step into a complex program and broaden your exposure across front, middle, and back-office functions.

Develop and deliver change management plans and activities
Partner with stakeholders to assess readiness and drive adoption
Support communications, engagement, and training initiatives
Identify risks and resistance points, implementing strategies to address them
Provide clear reporting and updates on progress and outcomes

About You

Multiple years’ experience in change management (mid-level role)
Strong knowledge of change management methodologies (Prosci, APMG, etc.)
Proven stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Financial services or investment management experience highly regarded
Experience supporting Portfolio Management System implementations (e.g. Aladdin, SimCorp, Charles River) desirable
