- Lead a team of automation testers to plan, design, and execute automated test cases.
- Define and implement automation test strategies, frameworks, and tools.
- Mentor team members to enhance their technical skills and ensure high team performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and define test objectives.
- Monitor and analyze test results, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
- Establish and oversee Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the automation testing team.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations to assess team members' performance against KPIs and provide constructive feedback.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize team performance and efficiency.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in automation testing.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Automation Test Lead or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in automation testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, TestNG).
- Experience in leading and managing teams, with a focus on driving team performance and collaboration.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Certifications in automation testing (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE) are a plus.
