We are seeking a driven Sales Executive to join our Capital Markets team within the Investment Sales division, based in Parramatta.
This is a key role offering exposure to some of Western Sydney’s most exciting commercial property transactions.Working closely with the Director, Head of Investment Sales, and the wider agency team, you’ll help drive business growth, generate new sales opportunities, and represent Knight Frank within the market.Key responsibilities:
- Carrying out systematic canvassing for new business and clients
- Review and assess assets and provide sale recommendations
- Deliver a high level of expertise to clients regarding the relevant market
- Negotiate and transact the sale of properties
- Assist in the development of strategies to increase private investor market share and improve profitability
- Conduct and create comprehensive marketing campaigns
- Actively pursue and secure new listing opportunities, and contribute to the maintenance of the Knight Frank Database

- 1–3 years’ experience in sales (preferably in property or related industries)
- Proven track record in new business development
- Knowledge and experience of the commercial property industry
- Professional qualifications in Property, Business or Finance (desirable)
- Certificate of Registration/Real Estate License (Mandatory)
- Able to build rapport easily
- Confident and well-presented
- Self-motivated
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
