We are looking for an office support/administration team member to join our North Ryde team on a full-time basis.We are a team of insurance professionals who provide specialised insurance solutions for the Residential Construction industry.   • On-the-job training provided
  • Providing administrative support to the team
  • Issuing of policy documentation and data entry
  • Management of workflow through a centralised inbox for our national business
  • Daily KPI’s & SLA’s to manage workflow and workload
  • Answering phones and responding to client queries
  • Greeting clients in office when required
