The position is based at the Northern Sydney Home Nursing Service Head Office located at Macquarie Hospital, North Ryde.What you'll be doing
The Administration Officer will manage the provision of accurate, timely and efficient high level administrative and customer support to the department to support the achievement of the departments set goals.People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background are encouraged to apply.Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
  • Capacity to work under broad supervision, display initiative and flexibility to undertake a diverse range of administrative tasks as an effective member of a team in a busy and dynamic work environment; and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, electronic and telephone communication skills and commitment to providing excellent services.
  • High level skills working across a broad range of clinical and non-clinical information and software programs, with expertise in document preparation to a professional standard, and a proven high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
