- Play a key role in building the research and evaluation evidence base to inform responses to gambling harm
- Ongoing role within the Gaming and Liquor branch
- VPS6 salary: $138,631 to $185,518 plus superannuation
- Lead the development of annual and multi-year plans for the team, aligning activities with the business unit's strategy and objectives.
- Oversee the delivery of an evaluation program that supports assessment of the effectiveness of gambling harm prevention and reduction objectives across the portfolio.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders, including academics and researchers, community groups, government departments and regulatory bodies.
- The ability to manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously.
- A record of achievement in strategic development and management of a research, evaluation and/or outcomes measurement function in an academic or government context.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience engaging with academics, evaluators and other relevant professionals.
